We Paypal and Credit Card Payments.
All of our products are custom made to the customers instructions. Returns and or Refunds are not available if Precision Engraving is not at fault for any mistakes engraving your item(s).
If the error was our mistake we will correct it at no additional charge.
If your item(s) are damaged when you receive them you will need to report it to us by email within 24 hours of delivery which will be verified by the tracking information on the order. We will need photos of the damaged items and the original box it was shipped in.
Our normal time for processing orders is 2-4 working days (M-F) which does not include shipping time. If you need your order out quicker please contact us.
All items will be shipped to the name and address on the order we receive. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout as that is the address the package(s) will be sent to. Changing the shipping address after an order is received is not allowed.
All orders are shipped by USPS.
We offer International shipments to Canada only at this time. The buyer is responsible for all custom and import taxes. We are not responsible for non-delivered, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Allow up to 4 weeks for International orders to be delivered.
LOST PACKAGES / NON DELIVERED PACKAGES DOMESTIC MAIL WITHIN THE USA ONLY:
All packages are shipped with a tracking number which is sent to the email address registered with your Precision Engraving account or the email address you attached to your order at checkout.
It is our goal to get the item(s) you ordered to you within a reasonable amount of time using standard delivery services provided by USPS.
If your package is not delivered within 45 days (USA Orders Only) after it is shipped from our shop as verified by the tracking number, we will issue you a full refund on the item(s) only, shipping cost is not refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once tracking shows a package as being delivered.
All orders include tracking information. If you place multiple orders each one will be shipped individually with tracking. Combined shipping is not allowed on multiple orders, each order will have its own tracking number.
We are not responsible for late deliveries by USPS.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INVALID DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Customer is required to pay shipping cost + $6.00 which will be set up in a custom listing and will have to be paid before item(s) are re-shipped to the correct address.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER NOT WANTING THE PRODUCT - NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY:
Customer is required to pay shipping cost + $6.00 restocking fee. Restocking fee will be deducted from the invoice before a refund is given. Original shipping fee on the order is not refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive and email within 24 hours after the order is placed. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
We do not offer drop shipping at this time.
